Strength and Conditioning Training
The goal, focus, and direction is to enhance each individual's speed, quickness, agility, and body control relative to sport. Linear speed is important, but the ability to change direction is quite possibly more important than flat out speed. Speed development and enhancement is a careful balance and combination of strength training, sport training, skill training, and speed and agility training.
Personalized training involves one coach and 1-2 players in a one-hour workout. These training sessions allow the players to receive maximum individual attention.
Personal training sessions are hour-long lessons with 1 coach and 1-2 players and designed to maximize the individual attention players receive from the coach. Shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, offensive skills, athleticism, and mental toughness are some of the areas that we can work on.
Our coaches will provide each player as much individual attention as possible while passing along the most important skills they’ve learned from some of the top coaches in the US.
